1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns if:

More than 14 days have passed since delivery

The bottle has been opened, used, or tampered with

The product is not in its original condition
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
