Thank you for shopping with Bloom and Branch! We take pride in delivering our olive oil safely and efficiently to your door. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

  • We currently ship within the United States only. (International shipping coming soon!)

​3. Shipping Carriers
We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your package’s progress.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging each bottle. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damaged package or product, if applicable.

  • We’ll work with you to issue a replacement or refund.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from the carrier, we can reship it to you once additional postage is paid.
